Yesterday morning the fellow came by to dig the holes for the sono tubes that Lloyd needs to put in. He was pretty happy that someone actually called and arrived a day ahead of schedule! He picked up the tubes on his way home last night and spent the evening learning how to use the lazer level he bought some years ago, in anticipation of someday building something on PEI. Finally that time has come. I suspect some of the tubes will be going in this morning. They're made of much stronger stuff than me, I can tell you.
Because of their early start today, they will be home for supper. It's going to be a light one - lobster bisque and mussels - our PEI version of fast food!
I made a list yesterday of everything that I need to buy or do for the BBQ on Sunday. I have to go over it with Lloyd in case I've forgotten something. One thing that wasn't on it, that I noticed last night badly needs doing, is mowing the
