It's been such a beautiful summer, it's such a shame to see it come to an end. But September and October can be beautiful months here as well, so it's probably not over yet. This morning it's a pleasant 18' and will rise to 25' later, feeling like 29'. We may also get the odd isolated shower but that's okay too.
What a great night we had last night (we being Brenda and I).
We started our evening by meeting downtown on Victoria Row. It was buzzing with people sitting outside on patios and after perusing all the menus we decided on the Globe shared an appetizer first - a creamy bubbly hot lobster dip with warm pita breads. My gosh it was delicious. Then we followed that with some curried chicken Korma on basmati rice. Another winner.
We took a quick stroll through the Confed Centre to see what was going on as we'd seen quite a number of people very dressed up, not a usual sight for a Thursday night in Charlottetown. Sure enough there was a wedding reception going on. From there we went and got the cars and headed north. We parked mine near the bypass and took Brenda's to Hunter River to the Harmony House Theatre.
This was my second trip to this particular little venue and what a gem it is. It's small and intimate with a floor that slopes gently towards the stage so there's not a bad seat in the house. With a capacity of only 139 people, it's truly an experience to attend a concert there.
The show opened with a woman I'd never heard of before but let me tell you, I will make the effort to go and see her again. Her name is Doris Mason, from Pictou, Nova Scotia. Her rich voice belts out blues and jazz tunes accompanied by amazing piano playing as well. She really is a gifted singer/songwriter/pianist and if you get the chance to see her perform, it's well worth it. I could have sat and listened to her for hours.
She was joined on stage by Valdy, who also did a great show, in spite of having some throat problems earlier in the day. The second half of the show was Valdy and then Doris joined him for the last couple of numbers. All in all a very entertaining evening and well worth the drive to Hunter River!

Thursday, August 30th - a busy day for Meghan
It's a cooler 13' again this morning but should rise to 25' later on. We may see some showers but not a lot of them if we do.
Patti sent me several pictures yesterday as progress was being made on Meghan's new room. Tristen has officially moved out to his new room, which was previously occupied by James, and James has been relocated to the room in the basement. But he's pretty happy about that!
So first the walls needed to be painted, or at least finished, as I believe they had been started a little while ago.
It looks like she's wearing one of her dad's old T-shirts as a paint shirt. If she paints anything like her grandma, she needs a longer one, or she'll have paint all over her feet and legs!
Of course, everyone wanted to get in on the action...
Next the new shelves needed to be put together...
And finally a new cover for the top of an old bench.
She's pretty handy, that girl! Now I'm just waiting for some pictures of the completed project! She has a new bed that she says is 'magical' and big enough for me to share when I go up to visit. I'm looking forward to that. Of course, Papa will get to see the end result before I will as he'll be there this weekend.
Last night I stayed in town and waited for Lloyd to finish work and we went to Cedars and had something to eat. It was the first time Lloyd's been there to have a meal and he really enjoyed it. I'm sure we'll be back again, probably more than once I'm betting. He does enjoy Lebanese food.
Tonight it's me and Brenda's turn to go out. We're starting with something to eat in town and then heading out to Hunter River to see Valdy perform. It's been a while since we've had a chance to go anywhere together as it's been a pretty busy summer with visitors for both of us. This weekend will be pretty busy with the Rec Centre and she leaves for Holland next week. They're away almost 3 weeks - good thing Lloyd's here to keep me company now, cause that's a really long time to not have any friends to play with!

Wednesday. August 29th - finally some rain
It's a cooler 13' this morning, heading for a sunny high of 20' later. Much more comfortable to be working outside.
When I got home last night, there was a big stack of wood piled beside the garage site that had been delivered by the lumber people. Looks lick construction can finally begin in earnest. Lloyd suggested that he would finish splitting the wood first but I assured him I would do it, as I'll have ample free time when Brenda is away in Holland. I'll need SOMETHING to do while she's away!
I took the roof and sides off the tent yesterday and just in the nick of time. Right after I came inside, and Lloyd was home it started bucketing down rain. The thunder and lightning and downpour continued on into the rest of the evening. I went to bed around 10:00 and I think it had finally stopped by then.
I have some news for Patti. Her little lilac bush has some tiny flowers on it! It looks like it's going to do just fine where it 's situated.
It will be interesting to see how many blooms there are come spring. I'll get some mulch to put around it next spring as well and that will help keep the moisture in, especially if we get another summer like this one has been!
Lloyd is heading off to Guelph this weekend to do "airplane" stuff. It's just his luck that Patti called the other day and he answered the phone. It turns out they're heading for Washington D.C. this weekend and were planning to put the dog in a kennel. Now Lloyd can just pick up their car at the airport, stay at their house and look after the dog. It's a win/win for everyone! James is excited about going to the Smithsonian and I've given him a quest while he's there. I need a photo of him in front of the Julia Child exhibit, which I've never been to see yet. There's lots to see in Washington so they'll have a very busy weekend!

Tuesday, August 28th - Back to work
It's a breezy but mild 19' here this morning at 5:30 and it's only going to rise to 22' later but with humidity it may feel more like 27'. We are also expecting anywhere from 5 to 10 mm or rain (or up to 20 mm, depending on the source of your information).
What a great day I had yesterday! I was up early but not off to a great start! I went to turn on the light in the kitchen, as it was still quite dark when I got up and I knocked a bottle of wine off the counter, onto the ceramic floor. So first thing to do was try to get that cleaned up before the dog walked through the broken glass. Fortunately Judi and Gail were awake and getting ready so I didn't wake them up at that hour. They were planning to catch the 8:00 ferry so were on the road by 6:10. Hopefully the weather will cooperate for the rest of their trip.
When Lloyd got up we loaded up the tables and chairs and delivered them back to the Rec Centre. By then it was time for him to get ready for work. Once he was gone I set about cleaning up the rest of the stuff from Sunday. The ladies had done pretty much all of the dishes on Sunday night so I just had to put things away. I also had a lot of corn left over - some cooked, some not. I took out some for supper and then cooked the remaining cobs before cutting the kernels off everything and bagging it up and putting it in the freezer. Then the left over sausages that weren't cooked were bagged as well and frozen. I had asked Lloyd in the morning what he wanted for supper and his response was "anything but sausage".
While I was cleaning up I came across a package of steaks so I thought it might be a good idea to BBQ those as it was going to be a warm day. So I puttered about and got everything in it's place and tempered that with an occasional sit down to read a bit of the book I'm currently working my way through. Brenda called and we decided to keep working for a while as she had some stuff to do as well. We made tentative plans to go to the beach later.
In the afternoon I was sitting outside under the trees with my book when she drove in. So we made Pina Colada's and had some nacho chips and salsa dip and sat out and enjoyed the light breeze. It really doesn't get any better than that. In the end we just sat and chatted and didn't go to the beach after all. While she was here we decided that if I called my butcher husband to see if he could bring home some steaks, we could BBQ. We thought a celebration was in order because Will had passed his truck exam that morning.
Congratulations, and well done, Will!
We would have invited him to join us but he had his first trucking job that evening.
So around 6"30 we reconvened and had a simple supper of potatoes and onions cooked in foil over the grill (but I didn't quite put them close enough to the heat so they were a little underdone but still good). We also had our BBQ steak and fresh corn on the cob. Because it was so hot in the kitchen and there was still a nice breeze to keep the bugs at bay, we chose to eat outside at the picnic table. By the time we were finished eating the mosquitoes had arrived so we finished our dessert and tea inside.
All in all, it was a great day. I can't wait till I retire if that's what it's going to be like!

Monday, August 27th - Happy Birthday Meghan (2)!
It's a clear 19' this morning and we should reach 28' later with lots of sun that will feel like 34'. If Miss Meghan were here to celebrate her birthday, we would surely be going to the beach! In fact, I think that's what I'll do this afternoon as I have the day off! That is, of course, after I get everything put away from the BBQ yesterday.
What can I say except it was a success! But first and foremost, I have to say it would not have been possible without all the help from Brenda. My fear is she's going to really start to hate it when I decide to have a party of some sort. It usually means lots of work for her as well. I hope she knows how very much I appreciate all her help.
I was off on Saturday so she and I went into town and had a quick tour through the farmers market, something we rarely get to do together. Then a short visit to the paint store to check out paint colours for her doors, some groceries and then back home.
I had some things to do for the party and she had her own things to do. There was a wedding at the Rec Centre so she went there while I made dinner for Judi and Gail and Lloyd and I.
Then Sunday morning I was up bright and early to get as much prep stuff done as possible. By the time everyone got up I was pretty much under control. Judi and Gail headed out to golf and Lloyd and I went out to pick up the tables and chairs. Brenda and I had set the tent up on Friday night, with a little bit of help from the guys. It might not have been a lot of help but it was vital to making the whole thing stand up properly. Bernie was helping Lloyd with his sonotubes and getting them ready for the second pouring of cement on Saturday morning. We were out there till well past dark and it was getting difficult to see what we were doing, but they finished what they needed to do.
It had been very still and very warm on Saturday with lots of mosquitoes. I put the sides on the tent to try to keep the little pesks out but then it was really warm in there. I wasn't sure how to cope with all of that on Sunday. No need to worry - Mother Nature was truly on our side. It was a bit breezy on Sunday which might have made a few things more difficult, as we had to try to keep everything from blowing away, but the bonus part was there were no mosquitoes all afternoon. They only arrived early in the evening when the breeze died down. Perfect timing.
People started arriving around 2:50 and then it was a steady stream from there. By all accounts it was a success. Our neighbour, Margie, who is somewhat of an island institution, came by and performed for us and everyone loved her!
Our friends Jackie and Helena were late in arriving as they'd had unexpected people drop by. That turned out to be a good thing.
Jackie brought a bucket of fresh oysters and once the music was finished, we brought out the coffee and tea and dessert and also gave people the option of having oysters. Some people had never had one before and we also did some on the BBQ. The oyster eating turned out to be just another element of the entertainment and everyone really enjoyed it.
So thanks to Lloyd and Brenda and all the ladies who were in the kitchen cleaning up at the end of the night. We really and truly appreciate all that you did before heading out. It was a bit of work but I think we'll do it again next year!
One last note - we were not the only ones who had a successful day!
For the third year in a row, James' baseball team has won the championship for the season! Way to go James, and Coach Greg! Job well done! I talked to Patti yesterday afternoon and they were heading into the final game. Once our last guests had left last night, I checked my email to see what the final result was and there was the team photo waiting for me.

Friday, August 24th - let my long weekend begin!
It's a pleasant 17' again this morning, which seems to be our normal waking temperature this summer. It will be cooler today, only reaching 23' but feeling like 26'.
Yesterday was beautiful with clear blue skies and not a cloud to be seen - perfect weather for the fly boys that were in town. I stopped by the airport in the morning on my way to work and the planes were all lined up along the tarmac, so I stopped and got out and took a few pictures from the fence. There were six or seven people there who had the same idea. Even though it was only 7:20 it was a beehive of activity. There were men in US Navy uniforms all around, some on the ground, some on top of the planes. The engines were all running and at one point there was a huge puff of smoke from behind one of the planes. It was quite the sight to see.
Later in the morning we heard that they would be in the air around 10:30. We waited patiently for the show to start, but unfortunately they headed off to the north, out over the water so we didn't see them initially. However, later in the morning we were treated to a bit of a show as they flew over several times. Around lunch time the Snowbirds arrived and they also flew over in formation a number of times. Quite the sight and sound. On my way home, I detoured up Brackley Road and into the airport, where there were lots of curious folks out to take a look. By now all the planes were parked. I know nothing about planes but I didn't realize the Blue Angels planes were so much bigger than the Snowbirds.
We should get a nice view of them again this morning when they all head over to Summerside. They'll be spending time there getting ready for this weekend's show.
When I got home, the ladies had just arrived and we cooked a chicken on the BBQ and roasted some potatoes in foil on there as well. Some fresh green beans rounded out our love dinner. I also made a quick white wine cream sauce and it was perfect - at least if the sight of Lloyd licking every last drop out of the pitcher is any indication! The chicken was juicy and delicious and we managed to eat just about every scrap of food on the table. I guess this one was a success!
Rumor has it that the cement truck is arriving bright and early this morning for the first pour of the concrete into the post holes. Things are finally starting to happen. I know Lloyd is very happy to be getting things under way.

Thursday, August 23rd - the sonic boom
The pleasant 16' we have this morning will make way for a sticky 25' later and more sunshine. Yesterday was the same but there was a bit of a breeze so it was pretty much the perfect day. As I finished my blog yesterday morning, I turned and this is the sky that was outside my living room window. I had to run outside and take a picture, it was so beautiful.
One of the advantages of where our dealership is located, is it's close proximity to the airport. If you're waiting for someone to arrive by airplane, you can literally wait until you see the plane coming in for a landing then leave, still getting to the airport before they reach the terminal. Well, yesterday the Blue Angel that was here the day before, took off with quite a roar. Trouble is by the time you hear the sound, which seemed to almost shake the building as it went over, it was just a speck in the sky. They move so very quickly. Then later in the afternoon four others arrived, all at one time. This time you could both see and hear them as they swooped past. It was quite the sight. Today will be more of the same as the Snowbirds arrive in town. There are distinct advantages to the huge windows we have - I have a front row seat for the entire thing.
The golfers were home when I got home from work yesterday, after having had a good day. We were having a really easy supper of lobster bisque and steamed mussels. Lloyd did the soup when he got home and the plan was to steam the mussels after we were finished the soup. We were just sitting down to the first course when the roar of a Harley could be heard coming up the lane. The Van Gaals arrived to see if there was anything that Lloyd needed a hand with. We finished our soup and then the guys went outside to pack down the bottom of the post holes with a large pole. There was some discussion about just how to proceed but they've come up with a plan they are both happy with. We girls stayed inside where there were not mosquitoes.
Once it was pretty much too dark to work and they had pounded the last hole, they came in and had a cup of tea and then left. By the time we finished our mussels and had a bit of dessert, it was time for bed. Once again, we have to say thanks to Bernie for having perfect timing and showing up just when you need a helping hand.

We finished our soup and then the guys went outside to pack down the bottom of the post holes with a large pole. There was some discussion about just how to proceed but they've come up with a plan they are both happy with. We girls stayed inside where there were not mosquitoes.

Once it was pretty much too dark to work and they had pounded the last hole, they came in and had a cup of tea and then left. By the time we finished our mussels and had a bit of dessert, it was time for bed. Once again, we have to say thanks to Bernie for having perfect timing and showing up just when you need a helping hand.

Wednesday, August 22 - progress!
It's a comfortable 17' this morning heading for 25 sunny degrees later this afternoon.
Yesterday morning the fellow came by to dig the holes for the sono tubes that Lloyd needs to put in. He was pretty happy that someone actually called and arrived a day ahead of schedule! He picked up the tubes on his way home last night and spent the evening learning how to use the lazer level he bought some years ago, in anticipation of someday building something on PEI. Finally that time has come. I suspect some of the tubes will be going in this morning. It is still August and he has a good two months yet to work on it so let's hope he gets as much done as he plans.
Yesterday one of the salesmen, who has a son who's a pilot out west, dropped by my desk and he was like a little kid who just couldn't contain his excitement. He has tickets for this weekends air show in Summerside but he was talking to a connection he has at the airport here, and learned that the Blue Angels and Snowbirds are arriving in Charlottetown today and tomorrow, before flying out to Summerside on Friday. One of the Blue Angels actually flew in yesterday. Today when they get here, Paul's friend has invited him to come over to the airport for a special escorted tour on the tarmac. Needless to say he's pretty excited about that. Not that he wouldn't get to see them on the ground in Summerside, I would think, as part of the show, but maybe not? So when the first plane arrived yesterday he was all over it. Of course it helps that we're five minutes away from the airport. And from my desk, with all those big windows, I should have a pretty good view of them coming in later today. I received message this in my email yesterday afternoon:
Somehow I don't think he's going to be giving customers his full attention any time today!

I made a list yesterday of everything that I need to buy or do for the BBQ on Sunday. I have to go over it with Lloyd in case I've forgotten something. One thing that wasn't on it, that I noticed last night badly needs doing, is mowing thegrass weeds! Very little grass has grown but these tall spindly weeds have no problem growing in the heat!

Tuesday, August 21st - a cooler morning but a great week
It's a much cooler 14' with a bit of fog around this morning but the sun will come out later and give us 25' but it will feel more like 29'. A considerable difference than Guelph this morning where the temperature is sitting at 6'. That's crazy with the heat they've had. It will be warm later but right now it's almost downright COLD! The forecast for the rest of the week here is sunny and warm which is great news for the ladies who are golfing (and those planning BBQ'S).
Yesterday Gail had things to do at the golf course so Judi dropped her off and went exploring the city by herself. She met up with the golfers mid afternoon and then I picked her up shortly after 5:00 and took her home with me. We got supper ready and when Lloyd got home he cooked the fish. It was quite delicious. Judi cleaned up and I helped Lloyd mark out where the post holes need to go as the fellow is coming this morning to dig those.
As we were just finishing Brenda arrived. We sat down with a cool beverage and caught up all about her trip to Halifax. It certainly sounds like she and Meghan packed a lot into a short time - something Patti and I used to be very good at when traveling long distances for brief periods.
Gail arrived a little while later and had a cup of tea and then headed off to bed. She has a pretty intense three days ahead of her with the tournament starting today.
For some unknown reason, the phones at work yesterday almost rang off the hook all day long. No idea why. It's usually like that when the first snow of the year is predicted and everyone panics about getting their tires switched over, but I didn't hear about any rogue storms headed this way. Maybe it's near a full moon or something, because it was very strange indeed. Hopefully today will be a little quieter so I can actually get some work done!

Monday, August 20th - another great weekend
The weather has held out so far for Gail and Judi's visit except for a sprinkle of rain yesterday. We may see some showers this morning but nothing too serious. It's 19' at 6:00 and will rise to 23' later but the humidity will still make it feel like 30'. I thought the weather was supposed to change right after old home week? I guess it has only been one day but that's what island stories dictate. As long as it holds out for one more week for Gail's golf tournament and our BBQ on Sunday!
The ladies arrived around 6:00 on Friday evening and we just had time for a cold drink before Lloyd got home. All week long they were predicting a wet and cooler day on Friday so my menu reflected that. Instead it turned out very hot and humid so the braised lamb shanks and smashed potatoes were a little heavy for such conditions but they were still mighty tasty. The two of them were pretty tired after spending two days on the road so called it an early night.
I worked on Saturday, as did Lloyd while the two of them went off to explore a bit and find the golf course that's hosting the tournament this week. I got home around 3:00 and then had to get ready to go to the Rec Centre for a wedding. It was a fairly big one - 188 people and they weren't eating until 6:45 do it made for a later night. I must say I really did miss Brenda there to help clear the dishes after serving the meal. I did get some help with the last three tables so when it was my turn to sit and eat, I was really ready to sit for a bit. But later on they did acknowledge that it really does help to have those dishes off early, all we have to do is get them to realize they don't come off by themselves! But it's okay and I was home at 10:45. Sunday morning Lloyd went off to ride with the guys and we had breakfast. Gail was heading out to the course to hit some practice balls and Judi and I took a ride into town. There was one more thing I wanted from the Paderno sale before it closed for the season and then we took a drive along through Victoria Park and along the waterfront. We were going to head to Timothy's for a coffee when I realized the street market is open on Queen Street on Sundays. I've not yet been to it so we parked at the bank and wandered over. Unfortunately part way through our stroll it started raining so we headed back to the car. On our way out we stopped at the Olive Oil store and picked up some Blackberry and Ginger Balsamic Vinegar. It made a mighty tasty salad dressing later on.
It didn't rain for very long and was stopped by the time we got home. We were home first followed soon after by Gail. We had a glass of wine and a grilled lobster sandwich for lunch when she got back. It had cleared up a bit so we headed over to Lakeside Beach for a stroll on the sand. We took the dog with us, who made himself at home on a few peoples blankets. Every so often we would lose him and find him sitting amongst a group of people on the beach.
On our way back we stopped by the Spirit Spring on the way home but didn't stay too long because of the bugs. Then it was home to have a cup of tea and dutch waffle cookie - a nice treat to say the least.
Around 4:30 we got a call from Lloyd advising that they were on the ferry and would be home around 6:00 so we got supper ready. Bernie joined us and we had a lovely evening sitting around the table and chatting. I called Brenda after supper and she was on the boat but wasn't going to get home till around 10:00 so we won't be able to catch up till today.
Gail's tournament was written about in the Guardian. There's a meeting day today and then the actual event starts tomorrow. We wish her luck.

Friday, August 17th - a late one this morning
It's Gold Cup and Saucer Day, which means I don't have to work today! I had great plans to get up at my usual time and start in getting ready for Judi and Gail's arrival later this afternoon. I went to bed early with the best of intentions. Fast forward to midnight, when I woke up and couldn't go back so sleep. So, I came downstairs to read for a bit. I went back to bed at 3:00 am, knowing I really didn't have to get up at any particular time. Needless to say I was totally surprised when I woke up and it was almost 8:00. I've just come in to do my post at 9:00 and I see that several visitors have already dropped by the blog this morning. Hopefully they return later, although they really haven't missed anything.
It was quite cloudy when I got up and all week long they've been predicting rain for the entire day today but it looks like that's changed. The sun has just begun peeking through the clouds and there are the odd patches of blue in the sky. It's 20' right now and heading for a high of 25' later which will feel like 31'. I was hoping it might cool off a little today as I plan to braise some lamb shanks this afternoon, but at least I don't have to have the oven on for that. I'm making a pavlova for dessert and I can bake that early this morning before it gets too hot. With any luck it will still be nice for the parade later this morning.
Other than the weather there's really not much going on. We got some much needed rain last night. It was a slow, steady rain when I went to bed and still raining when I got up at midnight. I think it had stopped by the time I went back to bed and most stuff is dried up this morning so I don't know how much we got but I'm sure it probably did a bit of good.
l've got lots to do today including going over to Five Houses Road and picking some lettuce for our salad tonight. I've not been over there for a little while so I'm sure the weeds will be doing well, if nothing else. I had lots of tiny green tomatoes the last time I was there. No need to worry about if they ripen or not, as I can use the green ones formy Brenda's Chow! I haven't made any kind of preserves yet this year, not even jam. I still have lots of freezer jam that needs to get used up but I'm not liking it as well as the traditional stuff. But it needs to get used before I make more and the other point is we don't really eat a lot of jam. It's mostly guests who get it served to them when they stay.
I suppose I should get started on things. Once Lloyd leaves for work I'll get right into it. I did a pretty good cleaning last weekend before Lina got here so it's just a matter of sweeping through, changing beds, mopping the floors and cleaning the bathrooms. And making supper, of course!

Thursday, August 16th - Happy Birthday Will!
It's the same old. same old forecast- currently 19', reaching a high of 26' that will feel like 31' later. We might get some rain tonight. I'm hoping it cools off a little next week when Judi and Gail are here. We may get rain on Friday but that won't interfere with their golf plans, Hopefully Saturday and Sunday are good, as well as next week. Earlier on they were predicting rain for part of next week but I see that's now gone, so who knows what it will be.
It's been really busy at work all week long, no idea why. Obviously the radio promotions they have going on right now seem to be working. Today could go either way. Thursday is usually the quietest day of the week but with tomorrow being a holiday for some, it might be chaos! We'll just have to wait and see.
Last night after work I stayed in town and met up with Brenda. She had to pick Meghan up at the airport at 10:30 so we went to Old Home Week to kill some time. We did our usual tour around the displays and then through the midway. We commented on how glad we were we didn't have small children to have to drag through the line ups. And the cost! Oh my goodness, it boggles the mind how much it would cost to take a family of any size. I know you can buy bracelets in advance for $20.00 that lets them go on the rides as much as they want but the games are outrageous, and our kids really like to try their luck at those. Even the little fishpond for the toddlers was $5.00 for 3 fish! Incredible.
I was remembering taking James last year when he visited in August. I gave him some money to play a few games and it just seemed like such a waste and the rides aren't that much fun by yourself. But he was only killing time till the races started. He was so funny. I thought he would like to be outside and watch the horses from the railing but he just wanted to sit inside in the corner where all the old guys sit and watch them on TV. He claimed that's where all the professional bettors (whatever THAT is!) sit so everyone would think we really knew our stuff if we sat there. Of course he wasn't allowed to bet so he would pick his horses and I would make the bet for him. He had a great time. Only James!
Once Brenda and I finished touring around we went and got some ice cream and found a place in the stands to sit. By then it was time for me to bid her farewell and I headed home and she went off to find some things that Meghan would want when she got home. Hopefully the flight got in on time so they weren't too late getting in.
So a big welcome home to Meghan, and a huge Happy Birthday to Will!

Wednesday, August 15th - still hot and humid and more to come
It seems like the only thing anyone talks about is the weather and I guess I'm no exception. It was very warm again yesterday and last evening I found it was getting a little too much. It just seems to wear you down after a while.
But I really shouldn't complain at all because I sat in air conditioned comfort all day. Well maybe comfort isn't the right word for it as I have to wear a sweater while sitting at my desk. The trouble with it being so cool inside is that you really feel the heat when you go outside. But I suspect that Brenda spent most of the day outside painting in that heat. She must have been totally done in by the end of the day. I'll have to call her this morning and see how she managed.
This morning it's 19' and foggy. We should reach 26' with humidity making it feel like 30' but that's a little cooler than it was yesterday. We may get a bit of rain this morning and a chance of thundershowers this afternoon.
Monday evening when we got home, as I mentioned yesterday, there was a hole in our yard. Well, actually it wasn't really a hole so much as a large mound of dirt where the hole had been dug. Really just the topsoil had been scraped off and new stuff brought in. This was the sight on Monday.
Then on Tuesday Patrick came back and flattened it all out and this is the delightful sight that greeted us when we got home on Thursday.
Now it's all ready to be built on. All we need now is the time to do it. Lloyd is finding it really difficult to work six days a week, especially when he has to work until 4:00 on Saturday. I think he has a better appreciation for the struggle I had on my own to keep up with things before he got here. That's been much easier this year with the dry weather. My biggest challenge used to be the grass cutting but that's really been a none issue this year. I'm sure he thought I was exaggerating but I think he gets it now.
But we will get there. Things will eventually fall into place - they always do.

Tuesday, August 14th - and the heat continues
It's a muggy 19' this morning but feels much cooler compared to yesterday afternoon. It's heading for 27' later that will feel like 34'.
Yesterday the ladies toured Crowbush and Brudenell while I was at work. Lucky them! But in the end they chose Crowbush for our 2014 conference.Now the planning can begin.
Brenda popped into the showroom yesterday morning because she was in town running some errands. After she left a thought crossed my mind ( I know, it doesn't happen that often !!) so I called her and suggested that we could do coffee or tea, to which she replied, why don't we do lunch! Great idea. So at 1:30 we met over at Outriders and had something to eat.
Lina was being dropped off at 5:00 by the Moncton girls and after we all said goodbye, we headed out. We were going to go out for supper but neither of us was the least bit hungry so we stopped in to tell Lloyd that he was on his own for supper but he was okay with that. Lina and I headed downtown to pick up some lobster at the lobster store so she could take them home with her. Then we wandered over to Peakes Quay and had a humungous ice cream cone as we strolled around the shops. On the way home we stopped in to check out the Paderno sale just in case I missed something the previous three times I was there. Then it was home.
However, on the way we stopped in to see Brenda and shared a glass of wine. Bernie and Will were just finishing their supper and they left soon after. We really didn't mean to scare them away. Brenda had been painting all afternoon, in that heat so she was pretty much done in and didn't really mind a chance to sit for a bit. Then when we finally left and pulled into our lane, there was Bernie and Ethan outside with Lloyd inspecting the newly dug hole in our yard. The follow finally showed up to do the work and I'm ever so happy. Now Lloyd can get busy on his garage. We just arrived and Bernie and Will left - sure hope it's not something we said to keep scaring them away!!
It had been a busy few days and everyone was tired so it didn't take long to unwind and all of us to be ready to call it a day. A few days left to get ready for the next visitors. Brenda and I were talking about that yesterday. She's busy over the next few weeks as well, before they go to Holland so by the time we have a chance to get together to do anything it might be October! Where on earth has the summer gone? We were out kayaking once and maybe 3 or 4 times on our bikes. That's just not right. This working for a living is really getting in the way of our fun!
And on that note, Fran sent me this little bit of information. And these people are professionals who get paid to do these commentaries...
Yesterday the ladies toured Crowbush and Brudenell while I was at work. Lucky them! But in the end they chose Crowbush for our 2014 conference.Now the planning can begin.
Brenda popped into the showroom yesterday morning because she was in town running some errands. After she left a thought crossed my mind ( I know, it doesn't happen that often !!) so I called her and suggested that we could do coffee or tea, to which she replied, why don't we do lunch! Great idea. So at 1:30 we met over at Outriders and had something to eat.
Lina was being dropped off at 5:00 by the Moncton girls and after we all said goodbye, we headed out. We were going to go out for supper but neither of us was the least bit hungry so we stopped in to tell Lloyd that he was on his own for supper but he was okay with that. Lina and I headed downtown to pick up some lobster at the lobster store so she could take them home with her. Then we wandered over to Peakes Quay and had a humungous ice cream cone as we strolled around the shops. On the way home we stopped in to check out the Paderno sale just in case I missed something the previous three times I was there. Then it was home.
However, on the way we stopped in to see Brenda and shared a glass of wine. Bernie and Will were just finishing their supper and they left soon after. We really didn't mean to scare them away. Brenda had been painting all afternoon, in that heat so she was pretty much done in and didn't really mind a chance to sit for a bit. Then when we finally left and pulled into our lane, there was Bernie and Ethan outside with Lloyd inspecting the newly dug hole in our yard. The follow finally showed up to do the work and I'm ever so happy. Now Lloyd can get busy on his garage. We just arrived and Bernie and Will left - sure hope it's not something we said to keep scaring them away!!

Monday. August 13th - a cloudy and rainy weekend but fun just the same
While it's been overcast with a few showers over the past couple of days, it's still quite warm.
This morning at 5:30 it's 20' with light drizzle and headed for a high of 25' that will feel like 33' with a mix of sun and clouds and a chance of thundershowers. We may get a bit of rain as well.
On Friday, the weekend started off on a great note. Brenda came over and we made supper. Lloyd got home around 6:30 and we had some linguine noodles with a bit of a white wine cream sauce with tiny scallops and some chopped green and red peppers accompanied by bruschetta. Turned out not too badly for something that didn't have a lot of planning put into it. After a couple of glasses of wine and some freshly made frozen yogurt, our evening was complete.
I took Saturday off work so I could do some work around the house and make dinner. Lina's flight was due in at 5:00 so I asked Lloyd if he would stick around town when he was done work at 4:00 and pick her up. No problem.
By the time they arrived I had supper almost ready - or at least organized. We started off with a lobster bisque using the stock that Lloyd had made a while back, and froze. Then continuing with our lobster theme, we had lobster ravioli topped with the same sauce as the night before, on our pasta. The main course was a lobster newburg atop BBQ steaks with new baby potatoes and baby carrots. We finished off with creme brule. Brenda was working at the Rec Centre and we decided that we'd send her a text to join us when she was done so we waited till she got there to have dessert. Of course, more wine was consumed.
Sunday morning Brenda and Will were going on a bike ride, as were Lloyd and the other guys. So Lina and I had a leisurely morning then went to Tracadie to enjoy the Lions Club pancake breakfast. And enjoy we certainly did. When we were leaving, she called a fellow she knows who lives in Stratford. It seems that he and his family were neighbours of Lina's growing up as a child in Cambridge. She hadn't met Rick's wife Mary before but we knew right away we would love her as she was standing out on the front porch with a glass of wine in her hand. So we were welcomed in with open arms and fed still more wine and some delicious clam chowder. Not that we really needed any more food!
We finally left there to go home and pick up our stuff as we were spending the night at Crowbush. We arrived and checked in and I was sort of looking around to see if I knew anyone from my days working there. The very pleasant and friendly young woman who checked us in looked vaguely familiar and she said the same thing about me. I told her I had worked there 3 years ago but that wasn't it. She asked me my name and after mulling it over for a few seconds, because the name was familiar to her as well, she realized that the reason we know each other is that she lives in the mini home beside us on Five Houses Road. She shares my little garden plot! We both felt totally stupid for not recognizing each other but the one time we did discuss where we worked she was in Montague. She's only been at Crowbush for a short time. Lina got quite a chuckle out of that one.
After checking us in she informed us that the other girls had all arrived and were waiting for us over at the clubhouse. We got the concierge to drive us over in the golf cart shuttle and we went upstairs to greet the other three ladies. The two server who were working were girls that I knew as was Joanie in the kitchen. I went in and chatted with her for a couple of minutes before rejoining the group at the table. We had a good discussion about the upcoming conference and we were filled in on the ground work that's been done up till now. We finally left there around 9:30 and headed back to the resort. The shuttle came and picked us up again and we headed to our rooms to get organized. Once we checked everything out we re-adjourned in Shelley's room to further discuss the conference. They have a meeting at 10:30 this morning with the general manager and will have a tour of the resort and then they will be going to Brudenell this afternoon.
I had the alarm on my phone set for 6:15 as I planned to leave from there and go to work. I woke up at 5:01 and had a moment of panic when I saw the time, thinking that my alarm didn't off, forgetting that it was set for a later time. But that bit of an adrenalin rush was enough to wake me up completely. I tried for a few minutes to get back to sleep but that wasn't going to happen. So I got up and got dressed and headed home. I figured I could do my blog then go to work. I was half way home when I realized I wasn't wearing my glasses (I don't need them to drive). So the first thing I had to do was find an old pair so I could see the computer screen. As you can see, I found what I was looking for so I should be able to make it through the day.

Freday, August 10th - okay, now this is getting really boring (even more so than usual)
It's a pleasant 20' this morning with a few clouds. The high today will only be 25' and feel like 30'. Yesterday was probably the hottest day so far, at least if the amount of complaining by the other staff is an indication. I don't think some of them could handle the heat that other areas receive. I guess it's just because they really aren't used to this. When I went out at 2:00 for lunch there was a slight breeze but that was quickly compensated for by the heat radiating off the pavement. That's one of the reasons I love living in the country - you don't have that hot, hard surface to add to the discomfort level.
However, I should be grateful for this weather. If it wasn't for the weather, I'd really have absolutely nothing to talk about! Brenda and Bernie are still busy with their company but I think they might be leaving today? Tomorrow I'm in cleaning mode as Lina arrives tomorrow afternoon. I'm taking her to Crowbush on Sunday afternoon for a tour but it's supposed to rain so not sure if a bike ride will be possible for Brenda and I or not. Lloyd mentioned that he saw Bernie yesterday in at the shop, and they talked about maybe going for a longer run on Sunday but it will depend on the weather. They've predicted rain many times in the past couple of weeks that really hasn't amounted to much, so we'll have to play that one by ear.
I finished cutting the lawn last night when I got home - or at least the tall spindly weeds because the grass sure hasn't grown any. Patrick didn't arrive yesterday as hoped, so maybe today will be the day. I was trying to tidy up around the place but I know once he gets here, it's going to look a lot worse but then at least it's a construction site, rather than just messy. That's my story and I'm sticking to it!
I haven't heard from the campers since Monday so I'm assuming they're having a great time - no news is good news. They may get some rain today but it wouldn't be the annual McLean family camping trip without some rain.
However, I should be grateful for this weather. If it wasn't for the weather, I'd really have absolutely nothing to talk about! Thursday, August 9th - more heat and humidity
It's 19' with a few clouds at 5:30, heading for another hot, humid day with a high of 28' that will feel like 34'. This is insane for this part of the country.
I was cutting the lawn last night and amazed at how much of it has turned brown. There were really only patches that actually needed cutting because of these tall leggy weeds that seem to be flourishing in the heat. I see that Ontario is supposed to get heavy rain on Friday but I don't see it heading here any time in the near future. We may get a bit over the weekend but no significant amount is expected in the foreseeable future. Let's hope they're wrong and it makes it's way here.
Of course, my friend Lina is arriving on Saturday and staying till Tuesday morning. It was very cold and wet the last time she was here and I'm hoping it's not the same this time. Guess I can't have it both ways, though and we really do need the rain.
Not much else going on. There's lots of things I should be doing in the evening with company coming and all, but it's just too warm. I find the heat takes a lot out of you and by the time I get home I'm pretty much done in. Other than cutting the lawn until Lloyd got home last night, that was about it. Not to worry, though, as I have Saturday off, and Lina doesn't arrive until 5:00 so I'll have ample time to get the place in shape.
We BBQ'd some sausages for supper (surprise, surprise) that were left over from the boys night on Saturday. I had three different types to sample. Since I have buns left over I suspect there will a couple more varieties brought home tonight to sample. All research for the BBQ, you know.
Plans are slowing progressing for that. I still have a couple of invitations to deliver but so far it's going well. There are some I haven't heard from yet but of those who have replied, all are coming except for one maybe, so that's good so far. Still a few details to work out but that will get done.
Yesterday morning as the sun was coming up, there was a heavy mist on the river and it made for an absolutely gorgeous view. I tried taking a photo but it really doesn't do it justice.

Wednesday, August 8th - more hot sticky weather
It's currently 18' at 5:15 am, and it's going to once again be 27' and sunny later on. It was like that yesterday, and it might not have been a problem except the air conditioning quit at work. We have huge windows from floor to ceiling all along the front of the building and it just got hotter and hotter. By the time I left for my lunch at 1:30 the inside temperature was 29.9'. Of course, there are no windows that open so it was very stifling inside. I was ever so glad to be able to leave and go outside where it was a more comfortable 26' with a light breeze. But the fellow had arrived to fix it and by the time I returned at 2:30 it was back up and running. Not a pleasant morning for sure.
Needless to say, the afternoon went much better. It was a pretty uneventful day and when I got home I really didn't have to do anything either. We were having chili for supper that I had made on the weekend so other than putting in into a pot on the stove to warm, and set the table, and that was it. Once Lloyd did get home, we had a slushy drink first, then our chili and cleaned up and it was 7:30. I figured I should cut some more grass but we were out of gas. Lloyd went over to get gas and now I'm all set for tonight. I can get started on it when I get home.
So the rest of the evening was pretty quiet - I answered some email and read my book until I was falling asleep on the couch. Time to go to bed.
Lloyd talked to Patrick and we might have our base ready to start the garage on Thursday. I know it's not been a great week for him but he says he's back on track so we'll see. That will make a big difference with what we do in the evenings. I know Lloyd will want to take advantage of all the day light hours that he can to work on the garage. That will totally shift things I think. I need to get started on splitting the wood and I can work outside along with him while he's building, and then when it starts to get darker, we can come in and eat supper.
So I was reading online yesterday that the meteor shower we usually have is taking place this Sunday in the early morning hours. I remember the first summer I was here. Brenda came over and we sat outside in lawn chairs, wrapped up in blankets and watched the sky. Guess I'll have to set the alarm for really early and give her a call again this year!
The Perseid meteor shower happens every year around mid-August.
This year's peak nights will be during the early morning hours of August 12th and 13th. During the shower you'll be able to see up to 60 meteors per hour.
What is a meteor shower?
A meteor is a tiny dust particle that a comet sheds. These dust particles remain along the orbit of the comet for many years.
When the Earth comes close to - or plows through - the comet dust debris, dust particles fall into the Earth's atmosphere and burn up completely.
We see the break up of the dust particles in streaks of light that we call meteors, which are also commonly referred to as "shooting stars" -- although this term is technically inaccurate.
Comet dust particles are typically smaller than the size of a pea and burn up in the Earth's atmosphere about 70 km above the surface.
Needless to say, the afternoon went much better. It was a pretty uneventful day and when I got home I really didn't have to do anything either. We were having chili for supper that I had made on the weekend so other than putting in into a pot on the stove to warm, and set the table, and that was it. Tuesday, August 7th - another warm day ahead
Yesterday was once again, very warm and it looks like more of the same for today. Late last week they were predicting rain for the early part of this week but in reality it's turning out to be nothing. A few minutes of light drizzle yesterday morning and that was about it. Right now (5:15 am) - it's 16' and it's getting hard now to tell if it's overcast or not, as it's still quite dark. We should reach 26' again today with a humidex reading of 30'.
It's going to be just as hot, maybe a degree or two warmer in Guelph but fortunately Patti and the family are camping this week. She was telling me yesterday that they usually get cold, wet weather on their camping trip - so hopefully the weather will stay nice for this years adventure.
She sent me this picture early yesterday morning. Apparently James was up and out fishing at 5:00 am yesterday morning and he managed to catch 4 or 5 fish -
Papa says his problem might be the presence of "Mr. Tangles" beside him! She sent me another photo last evening and it appears hisluck skill has improved. The photo quality isn't great but you get the idea!

It was a little quieter than usual at work yesterday, for a Monday, but I think that was because some places observed it as the August holiday. Lucky people who had the day off. I imagine a large number of those were at the beach. It's okay, the rest of us will get our turn on the 17th.
I had an appointment for a hair cut last night and as Bernie was away, and their company was also gone for the day, I stopped in at Brenda's on my way home from Charmaines (my hairdresser). We had a lovely evening, finishing off a couple of part bottles of wine and some nachos and just generally catching up. It's been a while! Bernie was laughing last week when he saw that I was suffering from withdrawal! He should talk - he's the one who traveled all the way to Halifax yesterday for a brief visit with the girls as they passed through the airport on their way back to Ontario. They were both in Nova Scotia to attend a wedding. I'm not sure if they attended the same wedding or it was just a coincidence that it was on the same day. I forgot to ask that question.
And as promised, I learned something last night and said I would share it here. I love microwave popcorn but I know it's not really very good for you - all that artificial stuff in there. Well, it seems it can be done without the pre-packaged additives. Young Will came downstairs and announced he was going to make some popcorn. So he got a large bowl with a snap on lid out of the cupboard and proceeded to pour in some loose popcorn kernals - no oil or fat of any kind needed. Then he put the lid back on, but left one side unsnapped, and put it in the microwave. Within a very short time, you could hear the kernels popping. In a matter of minutes he had a big bowl of light and fluffy popcorn, to which he added some melted butter. I'm definitely going to try that tonight. Thanks Will!
And finally, I must wish my good friend Nancy, a very Happy Birthday. The last two years we've been able to get together when she came to Halifax to visit her sister but unfortunately that didn't happen this year. Monday, August 6th - Happy Long Weekend - at least to some of you
It's not a long weekend for most of us on the island. We get our August holiday on the 17th to celebrate Gold Cup and Saucer Day, but more on that later in the month.
It was a wickedly hot weekend here, but nothing like that in southern Ontario. I got a text message from Patti on Saturday telling me it was sickeningly hot there. I even heard on the Guelph radio station, that I was listening to online, that they had opened emergency heat shelters in the city - something I've never seen before in that area. Fortunately for them, they are heading to the camp ground today for a week, so hopefully the weather will cooperate for that.
Tristen had his final baseball game on Saturday morning and I can't believe they had to play in that heat.
It was a high of 35 with a humidex of 41'. Hopefully it wasn't quite that hot in the morning when they played. It's warm here this morning but seems cooler, a breezy 22' but we may get some rain later and a high of 26' with a humidity reading of 33' but if it gets overcast it may not be quite that high.
Friday after work, I met Lloyd downtown at the liquor store where we bottled a case of wine. We were totally out of white and that just won't do! On our way home we stopped in for a bite to eat at a new place called The Factory. It's a country western themed place with lots of smoked things and ribs, that sort of stuff. It was quite good but then we were sitting outside on a patio with a cold beer so really, anything would have been fine!
After we got home, we went over to Five Houses Road to weed the garden. Once again I forgot to take the camera. Some things are doing not too badly. I may have some tomatoes by the end of the month and we have lettuce, and onions and beets. The peas are also doing not too badly and we picked enough to have a little taste, although some were getting too big. We also found 3 small cucumbers. They are meant to be mini ones so they were quite short and fat but they were pretty tasty anyway.
Saturday after work, I just puttered around the place, as Lloyd was cleaning out the shed. He had plans to meet the guys over at Richards in the evening for a bonfire so Brenda invited me over for a glass of wine on Saturday evening. We had the great pleasure of being the first to sit out on their new patio/piazza whatever you'd like to call it. The guys finished it and it's a thing of beauty, complete with walkway out to the cars. The big rocks were Brenda's mother's day present and they look mighty fine. I have a photo on my phone but no emailed ones. I'll post that when she sends it to me (hint, hint!)
Sunday was again sunny and warm. The guys went for a bike ride and then the rest of us met them at Peake's Tee for breakfast. It took a while because they were swamped, but eventually we got fed. It was a lovely visit with Brenda and Bernie's company. We took the scenic route back home and they dropped me off. Lloyd was already home. We decided to head into town to pick up some containers Lloyd was needing for his sorting in the garage, then down to Victoria Park for some ice cream and a lengthy sit on a park bench. A lovely way to spend a warm afternoon. On our way home, we dropped off some invitations to our upcoming BBQ and Corn Roast. So far it's looking good for attendance. I picked up a bunch of stuff for it on Saturday afternoon on my way home from work - plates, cutlery, napkins, that sort of thing. If we're not careful, this could turn into a party!
We had something light to eat when we got home and enjoyed watching the hummingbirds that frequent the feeder outside our front window. They are such a joy to watch.

Friday, August 3rd - maybe back to the heat today?
Well, the weather wasn't as hot and humid as predicted yesterday and we did receive quite a bit of shower activity in the afternoon. By 7:00 it was clear skies again. I was going to pull weed in the garden but I thought it was probably a bit muddy so I'll do that tonight.
Today should be hot and humid with lots of sunshine - a high of 27' with a humidex reading of 35'. Sounds like it could be a beach day for a lot of folks. We've had so much hot, dry weather all summer but I felt sorry for anyone who has only one week vacation and took it this week.d - the one week we end up with rain for two days. That could really ruin your beach time. But today should make up for that.
Once again, a quiet news day. Nothing much going on. We watched the rest of the movie we'd started watching the night before and then read for a while. Lloyd is still doing research on building for his garage. The fellow hasn't come by yet to level off the spot where it's going to be situated, but hopefully he'll make it soon so we can get started on it. I think this weekend my task will likely be to finally get started on splitting some of the wood. Fall will be here before we know it!
I don't know about Brenda, but she's busy with company and starting next weekend I'll be tied up for a few weeks as well. I'm beginning to experience withdrawal - I'm really needing some nachos and a glass of white wine! Oh well, there will be time enough to catch up with that once the fall comes. Winter lasts a long time!
I'm still planning, in my head, our corn roast when Judi and Gail are here. Lloyd and I need to sit down and discuss some of the logistics of it. I had planned to serve corn and mussels and keep it simple. Then I thought about it, is as some folks either don't like mussels or have shellfish allergies so what to do? Then it hit me like a ton of bricks - BBQ sausage on a bun! I happen to personally know a sausage maker who could easily custom make sausages for the 1st annual Denny BBQ/Corn Roast.
That will be perfect! All I have to do now is finish up the guest list, let people know and then plan the rest from there. I already have a bunch of ideas floating around in my little pea brain and I think it's going to be GREAT!

Thursday, August 2nd - what a difference 24 hours can make
This morning it's an overcast 17' with a very light misting of precipitation. Yesterday was meant to reach 22' but feel like 30'. Let me tell you, that didn't happen. It was 19' when I left work and there was a breeze so I was ever so glad to have a sweater at work. We did receive some rain although not sure if it was enough to be very beneficial. Today we may see a few showers later in the afternoon and we are again, supposed to reach 24' and have it feel like 30' but if it's like yesterday, that may not be the case. We'll see.
Other than the weather, I have absolutely nothing to report this morning. It was cooler when I got home last night so I actually cooked a proper meal and it was ready to serve when Lloyd got home from work. This slightly staggered work schedule definitely works well in that respect.
I had picked up a movie at the video store at lunch so after cleaning up dishes, we sat down to watch it but Lloyd kept falling asleep. We'll have to watch the rest tonight. Good thing it was a 7 day rental!
Anyway, other than that, nothing is new so I'm off to get ready for work. I'm hoping to get over and pull some weeds in my little garden tonight. I'm sure it's getting pretty congested in that wee patch!

Wednesday, August 1st - Now that was a warm day
Wow - yesterday was meant to go up to 28' and feel like 34' and that's exactly what it did. Both Lloyd and I are lucky to work in air conditioned comfort but everyone who came in talked about how hot it was. Today won't be quite so bad although they are saying 22' feeling like 29' but we may get anywhere from 5 to 10 mm of badly needed rain. It will be a start but not nearly enough of what's needed.
For the first time ever we can go long periods of time without cutting the grass. Usually once a week isn't quite often enough to keep up with it. But that's certainly not the case this year.
Lloyd worked a bit yesterday morning at cleaning out the shed, that is now nice and level and sitting proudly on it's little knoll. There's all kinds of stuff in there that needs to be sorted through. A lot of it was put in there when we got here three years ago and hasn't been touched or looked at since - either because we really don't need it or we've forgotten it's there. Time to do a complete edit of the contents. We intended to do that when we got home last night and had supper, but it was pretty warm and by that point neither of us felt like doing anything. So, we didn't. Lloyd watched something online and I read my book and then went to bed early, after a nice luxurious bath. It was a totally relaxing evening. So really nothing much to write about this morning.
Brenda and her company have been keeping pretty busy. They were berry picking yesterday and have been all over the place. Great that the weather is cooperating for those folks on holiday.
We were saddened yesterday to learn that one of our favorite authors, Maeve Binchey passed away on Monday. She was 72. I've always loved her books and was pleased to learn when I got here that she is a also one of Brenda's favorites as well. She will be missed by a world of faithful readers.
